Chef Cathy Original Creations

I am a very outgoing people person who enjoys meeting people. I love to cook as it’s always been a passion of mine. I graduated from Orlando Culinary Academy Le Cordon Blu in 2006.

I started cooking with my grandmother as a young girl, making mostly everything from scratch, we had a garden where we grew and harvested all of our vegetables. During the summer we would make homemade preserves, we canned peaches, pears and blackberries. We also blanched vegetables and froze them for the long winter months. That’s when I fell in love with cooking.

I started my own business in 2021 Chef Cathy’s Original Creations LLC, prior to that I worked with a Chef friend for about 13 years. Over the years I’ve had the pleasure of cooking for a few well known clients,

T-Pain, Angela Basset’s personal assistant, Jeb Bush and family, with several preferred clients in Canada, Europe, Philadelphia ,Indiana and New York to name a few.
